Overview
Tennis elbow is a painful condition caused by overuse or repetitive strain of the forearm muscles and tendons, causing pain and tenderness on the outside of the elbow. Despite the name, it affects far more non-athletes than tennis players. At Cambridge Hospital, our outpatient physiotherapy team assesses the underlying biomechanical cause and delivers targeted treatment that includes manual therapy, eccentric strengthening exercises, load management education, and activity modification to ease pain and prevent recurrence.
