Pediatric Rehabilitation

Structured rehabilitation that meets the physical, developmental, and functional needs of children

Overview

Cambridge Hospital provides specialist inpatient pediatric rehabilitation across multiple locations.

Our multidisciplinary teams bring together the expertise and resources children need to reach their developmental potential, with care built around each child and their family. Our physicians understand how cognitive and physical disabilities shape a child’s growth and development, and draw on that understanding to design individualized treatment programs matched to each child’s specific rehabilitation goals.

Working as an interdisciplinary team — physicians and therapists side by side — we provide the continuity of care that supports each child’s successful return to home, school, and community life.

The primary aim is always to restore function and improve quality of life.
