2012

Group was Established

The holding company was incorporated with a mandate to launch LTC facilities in the region.

2014

Abu Dhabi & Al Ain Facility

Phase I Abu Dhabi launched June 2014, Phase II January 2015, and Al Ain – April 2015.

2015

Launch of TVU Program

Launched the first Transitional Vent Unit (TVU) program for mechanically ventilated patients.

2016

UAE & KSA Expansion

Cambridge Hospital secured its SAGIA license, and Al Ain Facility Phase II became operational.

2019

Dhahran Facility Launch

Launched first dedicated inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation facility in Eastern Province

2020

Abu Dhabi Expansion

Expanded Abu Dhabi facility capacity is expected to eventually reach 106 beds.

2021

Group Acquired by Amanat

Strategic acquisition by Amanat Holdings drives accelerated sustainable growth.

2023

IECC Jeddah (100 Beds)

Group acquired majority stake in IECC Jeddah to drive its continued regional growth.

Al Ain Expansion

Expanded Al Ain facility capacity to reach 109 beds following the latest expansion.

2024

Al Mudeef Center Abu Dhabi

Secured PPP to manage Zayed Higher Organization’s Mudeef facility.

Al Khobar Facility

Commissioned one of the largest dedicated long-term care and ICU facilities in Eastern Province.

2025

IECC Expansion

IECC Jeddah licensed 100 additional beds, 30 for rehabilitation, totaling 200 beds.

2025

Cambridge Health Group Launch

Formed as the regional healthcare holding platform to drive strategic growth and portfolio expansion.

2026

Khobar Facility Expansion

We increased the Khobar facility’s capacity to 150 beds as part of our Saudi Arabia expansion.

Full Ownership – Amanat

Amanat’s full ownership of Cambridge Health Group supports growth and integration.
